This array called bathymetry i want to be formed by 3 other arrays for example x y and z. I managed to get the code to work well if i create 2 separate m files to each of them but when i merge them the filename txt doesn t retrieve the data correctly. Either convert the cell array to a matrix using the cell2mat function.
